So it goes a little something like this…it’s 5.30ish pm, you have just finished work and as you rush into the supermarket to grab something probably only mildly nutritious to slap in the oven for dinner because you have so much to do when you get home, you are already spent, the kids will most likely be behaving like kids and need things from you, and Bob from accounts bullshit remarks about your project budget are still rattling around in your head when you bump into a mate:
